When you take away the fuel in the air fuel ratio, you have just air. So it will think its lean. And this is were most people give up because the lean reading can cause the ecm to add more fuel. You add fuel to a Stoic ratio, you get a rich ratio. That will equal lower MPG.
Everything you just is common sense. Lets try this again. What/why is fuel being taken away? And what does the second "E" in EFIE mean?

No problem...
personally, I use HP Tuners and an LC1 setup to the analog inputs on the interface. But that was already in place on my truck due to the blower...
I already reduce my "cruise" values for the front O2's in my standard tune to lean out the truck under non-load highway conditions...
I have a video over on my site that shows my 6000# 4wd leadsled making 23-24mpg at 45 to 50 mph on the highway. (with a dynoed 650 CHP blown 5.3L)

It was kind of weird, I was hanging out with a longtime friend today that i hadent seen in months, and after we talked a little while he was all " have you heard about these hydrogen kits?"
it was totally random, but his friend just put one on his 99 silverado and is building one tomorrow for his sentra!!! im going to check it out!!! ill keep you updated
