The only thing I wish my Iphone had was multitasking. Otherwise, I have no need or desire to jailbreak it.

I can but it wouldn't be jailbroken anymore and I would lose all my jailbreak apps.

GMCtrk, google iphone 4.0, they're going to implement some big changes, but apparently it is only for 3GS and newer iphones.

Yeah, mine's a 3GS, so I'd be thilled if there was a way I could get a factory update with multitasking.

I still haven't updated the software on this thing to allow picture messaging though. Everytime I connect the thing to my computer it asks me to update. Guess I'm just very happy with how it's running right now.

iphone 4.0 in the summer will have multitasking for 3gs and newer, and on the 3gs you can tether away. jailbreaking my phone and touches made me feel so dirty
