i've been bamboozled by DMH
i called dmh about 6 weeks ago, and to my surprise, he answered the the phone on the first try. i told hime the issue i was having with the cutout, and he told me to ship it to him and he will fix it at no charge(cutout is over two years old ) so i boxed it up and sent it to him. acter about a week and a half, i tried calling him and emailinghim up until today, with no response... im gonna chuck this one up as a loss

He had mine for 4 months, I called weekly, everytime someone answered. Sometimes they had togo find the cutout, sometimes they said they lost it again, finally he just sent me a new one...

I can see the whole one man operation thing, but when it comes to the point where people are suggesting you buy other brands because the company can't answer the phone or because they're that unorganized, that's b.s. Good luck with getting it all squared away.
