i called dmh about 6 weeks ago, and to my surprise, he answered the the phone on the first try. i told hime the issue i was having with the cutout, and he told me to ship it to him and he will fix it at no charge(cutout is over two years old ) so i boxed it up and sent it to him. acter about a week and a half, i tried calling him and emailinghim up until today, with no response... im gonna chuck this one up as a loss

 

He had mine for over a month. Finally got ahold of him and he said it was misplaced. Dunno, he doesnt do too well on the service I'll say that.

 

They are just a small place, I have heard things can take EXTREMELY LONG some times. It sucks, but some times good things take time.

 

i know its a one man operation over there, but sheesh... hes had the damn yhing 6 weeks with no phone call or email. ive seriously sent him like 8-9 emails...

 

I have heard people have had decent results with badlandz cut outs.

 

the only other thing im buying for this damn truck is a new trans.... then it will most likely be for sale

He had mine for 4 months, I called weekly, everytime someone answered. Sometimes they had togo find the cutout, sometimes they said they lost it again, finally he just sent me a new one...

 

I can see the whole one man operation thing, but when it comes to the point where people are suggesting you buy other brands because the company can't answer the phone or because they're that unorganized, that's b.s. Good luck with getting it all squared away.

 

Im in the market for one right now..and this kind of puts a image in my head of something I dont want to get in to...But then again, if they are quality I wont need customer service.
