hahaha i had all 4 pulled about a couple of years ago, and this is how they sent me home
learned to smoke through my nose, and ate allot of hamburger helper, its delicious and you don't have to chew it
they told me i had the largest, craziest shaped roots they had seen, I was lucky that my roots were not IN my sinus cavity. they said they wouldn't know if they were till they got them out.

hahaha that pic was about 15 minutes after i woke up (first time i've ever been put under) and my whole face was still numb. I was pretty out of it, to say the least.

I had mine pulled a few months ago with just the Novocaine. I'll tell you though, it was a pretty cool experience. The sound of your teeth being cracked in to pieces is hard to forget, lol. He must have skimped with the novocaine on one tooth, because it hurt like a sonofabitch!
