She's older, 31 to my 27. Easiest girl to get along with that I've ever dated. My ex-stepdad was right when he said I should go for older women!
ANYWAY....my buddy had to cut more of the wall away to tie in the new vent for the sink drain, which was added because the drain line is so long now. He got that done and the new fresh water lines run, and started on the electrical. He's hoping to start framing the laundry room on Friday.

Makes since that your modding a house instead of a vehicle now... congrats on having a reason too. Older women are the way to go for sure... mines got 3 years on me and is a LOT calmer and easier to get along with than the younger girls I've dated.
