I may be only nearly 25, but I grew up with ZZTop.

That's some good stuff.

I sure thought so. I have so much ZZTop it's not funny. Except their last few CDs. They kinda IDK what, I don't really listen to radio cept for country. There's no blues stations, so I just listen to CD's mostly. Maybe I need to pick those last few up. I like old ZZ, really rooted in the blues.
I've seen em 2x, once from 7th Row, main floor, in front of stage, right down in front of a monster speaker. Couldn't hear too well for like a day.

I find I have to go backwards for my music, not FWD, cause I don't like much new stuff. And I mean in general not specifically ZZTop.

coyote, even if you're young, u can still have good taste.

Blues are the foundation to music of many genres.

Aah No, Billy, not you.

The Blues are definitely the foundation of many...I've seen a few good blues shows...Buddy Guy a few times, Clapton when he did his "nothing but the blues tour", a bunch of unknowns, Kenny Wayne Shephard when his was just a youngun, good stuff man

Blues bass is fun to play too...

Tis me. Went to WWE Unforgiven Pay Per View in Oklahoma City and ZZtop was there making a guest appearance since they had a couple concerts that day and the day before.

Before the show I stopped at the hotel next door to take a **** and they came in right behind me. I got done and when I was washing my hands they had just gotten done drying and handed me a fresh towel. My brother was outside of the bathroom waiting and when I came out i said "DUDE!! you know who that was!!??" He knew they looked familiar but didn't really know who it was so I had to fill him in.
Then after the show I stopped in again for the same reason and Billy was sitting at the bar in the hotel and was kind enough to take a picture.
Pretty sweet night. The week before that I got to meet Jim Ross and Paul White of WWE.

I think he's 1 of all time bests. I also love Jimmy Reed & John Lee Hooker among others. So many great ones.
