Looks like Oklahoma is the place to be.
Forbes did research to see who what cities are least impacted by the current recession the country is heading into. Looks like we came out on top.
Falling unemployment rate, Strong housing market, and plenty of Energy Industries are keeping Oklahoma ahead of the game. That's not even including the fact that we are getting our own NBA team finally.
Supposedly we are also supposed to be getting an oil line moved in from Canada that is supposed to help with gas prices. But considering the lack of refineries, I'm not sure that's going to do much good.
Now where did I put that turbo kit?

I was reading some where that that is part of the reason the farming industry is doing so well. We survived the bowl and learned how to react in the situation. Hopefully it holds true. The last thing the country needs right now is for the farming community to take a hit.
