Awesome, I didnt know we were at the beginning of another El Nino cycle. The last one we went through I was almost 30 stories up building a highrise, rain, 30+ mph winds and 30* weather sucks for doing inspections and holding plans. This winter I happen to be starting a 38 storie

 

Yeah, Parks Hwy collasped just north of the lodge where I live... The property next door lost a few buildings, it was crazy! I hope it stays south of the range this go around, I don't need any more work...

 

When are we going to get 1/4 times??? Getting in your truck and drive out to somewhere the weather is good so you can race the truck.

 

Accuweather and ADN say its supposed to die down over the water before it makes land fall. been crappy all day here.

 

Well, we had some wind and some rain, but nothing extraordinary. Family in Kodiak told us they got hammered with lots of rain & high wind though. Here's a sat image from last night.

 

had a few snow flakes down here earlier. didn't last long, 5-10 minutes maybe and nothing stuck, but still...

 

Snowed with rain for 20 minutes here.

 

Bring it on. I'll take it over rain anyday
