Yeah, make sure you do everything possible to get it totalled. I wouldn't want it back even if it "looked" perfect.

He was sitting still and got rear ended. It's generally ALWAY the rear cars fault when that happens.

Nope not my fault. They cited the guy who hit me, and there's already a claim open against his insurance policy for all 5 vehicles

2 month old Honda Odyssey, my GTO, newer BMW, newer Lexus, and newer Cobalt. That's gonna be expensive.....

looks like your car and the odyssey suffered most of the damage, even the BMW you hit didnt look like it had a scratch on it. that sucks dude, for your sake, i hope its totaled

That totally sucks man. I feel for your loss. That dude that rear ended you... I would have dragged him through the window and beat him beyond an inch of his life.

not sure whats worse, what happened to you or the car getting stolen and them returning it to you looking like that like happened to me a while back. but i hope it works out for you better than it did for me they fixed my truck but it never ran right afterwards.
