New Laptop!
The wifey got me a new HPPavilion DV6-1352DX it has a 250gb HD, DV burner with light scribe, 4g ram, pent dual core duo 2.2gh and windows home 7...which seems to be screaming fast and solid.
It's a heavy machine, 15.5" HD screen, not one to tote around everywhere but as a home based wireless device it rocks.
ON SALE at BEST BUY for $545!!
Now I can use my POS Sony for tuning only and backup.

Nice! I got a new laptop recently myself and was so glad to get rid of my old one. I ended up with an Acer Timeline. It's not screaming fast but it has an 8 hour battery life and is only about 1/2" thick. It's still plenty fast for anything I do on it.
