X10 sorry to hear your troubles.
Its very very disheartening when you put all that hard work and investment and something brakes.
So what the hell is the deal around this place with LS builds ????
Seems like you guys should just leave em stock and throw some boost at em.
Wander how the GMPP engines like the LSX 376 and others hold up??? At least youd have a warranty.

That sucks man. I feel your pain though. I built a LS motor from scratch back in 2002 (when everything was still new) and used a NEW LS6 block and it ate a main bearing in 2500 miles. One of the main journals was off center to the rest. Didnt find it when I mic'ed the bearing because the bearing spec was right on.
Who built the motor?

Hate to hear it but it does happen, I just spend a butt load of money on a new 60e and slipped the **** out of it last night so its toast again! Its gettin an 80e and a bigger shot of nitrous! thats the only way to sheer me up!

If you decide to build it

I know the feeling, after two stroker motors that drank oil from the beginning I had to take a step back for a while.
