I just vent or tell my story. Back in 05 I bought a new vehicle. Which my credit wasn't all that good 12.5 interst rate,but I figure I'd start somewhere. Almost 6 years later I still owe 9k on a 72 month loan. I've had to get 2 extension over the past 6 years because of hard times. Making my payoff 2k more. in 09 I applied for another extension, and everything went through like before. Couple months later I get a call saying I'm 30 days late on payment. I tell them I got a extension that month, an they say they have no record of such.. I fax them the paper I had to sigh & everything, they still have no murnice. So trying to stop the every 5 minute phone calls I make payment arrangments to pay a extra 50 bucks a month till it's cleared up & 5 minutes later I get another phone call saying I'm a month behind. WTF gives with these people. I've contacted the better business bureau. I have never been late & have always payed alittle more every month since I bought it. NEVER again will I do business with these ********. My phone rings 12x a day from these people. I know I should just give them what they want & be done, but I don't see how they can do this sh*t. I hope to end this nightmare soon. Sorry about the BS.. I feel better now.

 

If they call more than 3 times in one day it's considered harrassment.

 

what were the terms on your loan? variable interest? I know sometimes if your late on a payment then the interest goes sky high
