There's only a few guys on BB I listen too, the rest are trolls. A few of them said I weighed 180lbs and was 13% bf.

I would guess around 10% Mark.
Like i mentioned in the other thread im changing up my routine. I am 4months in after a 1 year break.
I run way too much for work but its my only option for now, so i am upping my calories to try and pack on some weight.
I have added an inch to my tiny arms and have put on almost 10lbs.
I havent done dead lifts before, I was able to do 185x6 but on the last few, i wasnt able to keep my back arched at the bottom. so i am backing off for a week or two and practicing form with less weight then try to go up.

No one else is doing a good job of keeping this updated.
I had a short day in the weight room, but notables were
Deadlift: Finished with 405x5 before cutting my hand. I would have gotten 8 reps pretty easy
Leg Press: 900x8. It feels good to finally start getting a bit of strength back from when I used to power lift.

im not really on any kind of work out routine. i started with p90x and fell off the wagon but kept eating decent.
just from cutting back on portion size, the amount of beer i drink and i replaced all beef with turkey i have goine from 212 to 192 so far. ive hit a little wall now and dont think i will lose any more without some physical activity. i usually gain 5 over the weekend and spend all week getting back where i was now lol. but 20 lbs just from changing the eating habits was cool enough though! in college i was always on a bulking routine, and thought i was one of those guys who cant get fat. i was wrong lol. drop the working out all at once and all of that muscle went to lard.
