bump.

If all goes right, im going to Mexico for spring break, so I weigh around 195ish right now, gonna try to lean down to around the 180 mark in the next month. I think I will only be able to get down to around 185ish to be honest though. I dont know how much fat I really have to lose.

lol, I was probably closer to 200 when I was down there. I seemed to be in the 200-205 range in december.

Stress puts my diet and everything else to complete hell. Between not having time to cook, as well as needed to stay up late, pour on the caffiene and sugar

I'll contribute... I'm going to start to gaining mass and being tall it takes a lot to notice. Been involved in sports and martial arts since I was young. Still work the bag a couple times a week for additional cardio. I lift 4-5 times a week and usually about 20 mins of cardio following weights. I'm going to increase my carb and calorie intake and switch to weight gainer, it takes me a lot to gain...
Typical meals:
Breakfast-6 eggs and a carb (wheat toast,Fiberone pancakes, or raisin bran)
2 snacks/day - fruit and protein shake
lunch-high protein anything (favorite is subway teriyaki chicken foot long double meat on wheat)
dinner- whatever (usually chicken pasta, spaghetti, or steak )

6'5" 242lbs(this morning)
This is the only picture I have right now, its from my honey moon last June. Since then I have remained about the same since I have had a consistent balance of lifting and cardio. Sorry, no flex

You lose any more weight David and they'll have to tie you down during strong gusts of wind.
