Iv been searching around for the best computer for PC games and found the dell xps and alien which I think is now owned by Dell. I would like to know what some of yall use. I Really want to get into the IRacing League. Using G27 steering wheel and pedals. I was Also wondering if my 47" LG lcd screen tv will work as my monitor. It has the hook ups but I dont see many people using there big flat screens for games. This is going to be an expensive hobby but this is the kick im on right now. I want something thats fast and has the best graphic cards.

I just built a new comp over christmas. I5 quad 2.88, asus motherboard, and a single evga gtx 460 and 8 gig ram. Have about 800 in it. Used to play black ops and watch movies and tv shows on the tv. Its not all top of the line stuff but its also half the price.

im not up to date on pre made pc's (dell ect.) i build my own. ive had great luck with overclocking i3's (as i type this im @ 4.4 ghz w/water-cooling)
it seems like ati has some good budget video cards out. dont go top of the line on parts because it seems like you only are building it for IRacing League

I'll build you one! Haha why buy a silly box computer when you can set one up just how you want it

I made mine over a year ago and it still holds strong with others... And I didn't even use the best stuff then

I went to best buy last night and was looking around at some stuff. Found a guy that worked there that was heavy into pc gaming. I told him what I mainly wanted to do with it and he Recommended this:

Asus AMD phenom IIx4 830 processor

Rocketfish gaming 500W power supply

and a Radeon HD 6770 XFX video card

All that would run me about a $1000 out the door. Sound like decent stuff or what?
