I would like some more explination on this. Unless I am crazy you can't grind anything in the entire world and make it "taller" and taller cam loabs is what you would need for more lift.

Thats exactly what i thought when i read that but im no machinist so i kept it to myself. I did have a hard time wrapping my head around it tho.

i met a guy at the exhaust shop but he was driving his friends truck claims he has a single cab sierra , 8.3L viper engine , F1X procharger @ 21 psi makes 1200 to the tires and drives it everyday.. oh on stock injectors.. i told him why didnt u change them? he was like nah the stock ones are really good.. i was like hmm i should probably ditch my ID850's then when i asked around about this guy turns out he has a truck with an MP112 running 5 psi

You arent grinding the lobe, you are grinding the base circle. Does that make sense?
