Default photoshop help please

im going to have a jacket embroidered for my Dad for Christmas with his car on it but i need the surroundings taken out and the windshield mirrored or something just so you cant see the trees and stuff through it. i am also going to have the cross flags emblem put on there and the best picture of one i found has 2 silver spots on the checkered flag that are supposed to be black and the blue back ground taken out. i dont have the talent of doing this on my own or i would. thanks

yes he still has the car, he has had it since 1971 and has refused close to $100k cash offers, but the car is in PA with him.
