It should, I looked at the ruger and keltec side by side, pretty sure they are the same gun IMO. The kel-tec I bought I got for 175 brand new. It was to good of a deal to pass on. WRB makes really good cheap durable holsters.

My buddy has the kel tec, I am not a huge fan of it, the ruger is def a more comfy gun to hold and shoot then that kel tec is.. I would go with the ruger imo
