Run over a matress and just drive on
Found on a local forum. Figured you guys would get a kick out of it.
Driveshaft Unbalance/Runout Sensitivity?
This guy ran over a mattress and decided to keep going.
The ensuing jumble finally whipped around enough to put a tear in the gas tank.
The subsequent lack of fuel is what finally brought this vehicle to its knees.
It had still managed to drive 30 more miles decently with a 60lb tangle wrapped around the driveshaft.
This genius complained that the vehicle had a "shimmy" when driving at high> speeds.
This is what the dealership found . . .

I wanna see the video of them cutting it off... they way those springs are wound, you cut something and you might have a turbo syndrome (spooling wire everwhere)...

Step one
Cut away crap from drive shaft mounting Bolt areas
Step Two
Remove Drive shaft
Step three
Pull drive shaft from center of **** bundle
Step four
Reverse step two
Step Five
Kill owner by slowest death possible(repeat step 5 is necessary until fully dead)
