Security at my school is trying to eff me over
So friday when i left school, it was raining out side and on my way out of the parking lot, my tires, which are bald as hell, spun a little bit. To be honest, i was on the throttle a little bit because i was upset about the death of a family member. The security guy stopped me and said i was burning out and going way too fast. I didnt think anything of it until i had a "ticket" on my window yesterday. No biggie.
Anyways, i pulled into the lot today and 2 of them followed me and got my ID number and name and said i was going to get in trouble for it. I went to the campus president to plead my case and told him about the death. First thing that really torqued me off was him saying, and i quote, "It doesn't matter who died, no offense, but you don't need to be burning out." Well it matters to me! I told him i would take some sort of punishment, usually a hit on the professionalism grade, because i partially deserved it. Well he informs me i will probably be failed for the course or suspended for 6 weeks.
Tell me what justifies suspension for a little tire spin while its wet out?

All the guys in auto mechanics at Votech squeel their tires every day leaving school but the cops never say anything. I accidentally spun on wet pavement and the cop got me the next day in the parking lot telling me to calm down and not show off.
Bad tires, wet ground, you're gunna get some traction problems.

A start would be to get some tires before you have a wreck.
As for this particular thing. that blows. My current tires have tread but suck on water When I spin i just back off and ease back in. This way if i get stopped the cop should at least see i'm TRYING to get traction.

Anything more then a one day suspension is extreme. We had a stop sign just off school property were people did burnouts. No one was ever punished and the sign was maybe 200 yards(max) from school property .
