silverado leaf spring width

Like I said earlier, I wouldn't use them on a lifted truck with a spring that has alot of arch. But for a street driven truck, using stock leaves, or lowering leaves, they work okay.

pass...red is not my color lol. my wheels come back today from being cleaned up and clearcoat powdercoated, and the new tires get mounted today. hoping to have it leveled out and in paint/body to get the entire truck painted by the end of next week.

I guess I missed it, what wheels and level plans do you have?

i blew up the race engine; had HKE rebuild it and then I and sold it. i found a a bone stock 5.3, bone stock trans/converter/stock intake, stock exhaust, stock y pipe and even had the stock muffler on for a day or two. clutch fan is back on, stock airtube...i just got fed up with it.
hell, aside from the looks department my performance mod list consists of a k&n filter, tune, tru-trac and 4.30 gears. i plan to pull the 4.30 gears for a 3.73. this 93 octane tune will get dropped back to 87 at the same time. no point in running 93 octane in a turd
after putting the truck back to stock, i got to drive it for 2 days before i stuck it into a concrete barrier. had to replace the bed. so i am completely restoring it to new. i dont want a rock chip, scratch, dent, ding or dust spot on this truck. I'm keeping the eagle 219 wheels but instead of the 305/45-18 555r out back i'm going to a more street friendly 285/50 18. they were starting to show their age so i sent them to be professionally polished and a layer of clear laid on them so i dont have to polish them anymore. i need to lift the rear end because this truck will be used as the toy hauler now. i got me a 2012 rzr and my next toy will be a boat. hopefully i dont have to add helper bags to tow.
