Well the whole encryption statement kills me caring about it. Look at the current generation Duramax and a PCM that EFILive refuses to do anything with because they legally cannot get any codes to hack it. Not to mention because of that issue they are incapable of getting any date off them. I assume the same Bosch computer will be used here then.

Gen 3 and 4 V8's will do me just fine for a very, very long time.

I'm thinking the cam is why it only makes 450 with ports you can roll a golf ball through. Cam will stay stock for most people if they go crazy with the computer encryption. 11.5:1 compression will still sound good up top with an x-pipe and some borlas.

****, the one year I'm not going SEMA, they release a completley redesigned set up. It will be interesting to see who takes on the aftermarket hurdle.

Hopefully the regular cab will be comparable to Dodge. 900 seems like it has less leg room than my 800. No stupid toyota or ford looking cab please. Aluminum block in all half tons would be nice.

Wasnt the 5.5 rumoured to be the new vette motor? I thought thats what the corvette race team was starting to use? Iknow what you guys mean by the gmt 900 cab sreming smaller then the gmt 800 cab, its weird. Definitely less space ehind the front seat in a reg cab

exactly the first things I thought too.. LR would have been a lot better than LT.. just makes it sound old and busted from the get go..

Seems like less leg room, both with seats all the way back. And behind the seat. Stock height and being wider, I felt like I was driving a monster truck.
5.5 liters is for class rules I believe. Gt2 racing.
