my buddys didn't believe me it peels off. so we did it on his girlfriends trunk of her honda. the clear is peeling.. or should i say already peeled.

anyways 3 coats later we waited a couple days.

and can't peel it off lol. its like spray paint. i think its due to the fact its not sprayed on something smooth and glossy you know?

either way I'm doing my whole ss in white soon. f it, go big or go home lol

That's why I asked. Seems to have something with the way it comes out of the can, I don't really understand it myself.

I would def not go and do the complete truck.. Remember this is not paint.. This stuff has a soft touch/feel to it, will scratch pretty easy.. It is for sure harder to get off then I thought.. Like I said for wheels and little things I think it will be great.. Bigger parts, I do not think I would do..

I read and read and read. They say if you give it a good wax before hand you should be alright. I was gonna do my whole hood first.

If your doing the whole truck wrap it up, don't plasti-dip it.

I know. It was gonna be a permeant thin. But 80 bucks tops to 3,000 for wrap is a huge diff lol

It's tiger striped because ya didn't get enough overlap/ heavy enough coat on it. I've always been taught to do at least a 50% overlap when painting. Especially hoods, deck lids, roof tops IE stuff that lays flat when installed.
