Damn that's really sad! I remember that issue too. I'm willing to bet that there's quite a bit wrong with it. For starters it probably has a salvage title since somebody probably stole it. Whilst on the joy ride they proabably trashed the suspension and frame. It looks like its sitting on the ground too, so you know the yard owners could give two ***** about it.

I hope that's not the case though and somebody picks it up cheap and parts it out. The front clip is probably worth quite a bit provided it's GM stuff.

 

Same here...too bad that place was closed or he could of checked it out further.

hey guys!!!!

i was driving back to Dallas from south louisiana going up 287. its just south of Palastine TX.

the truck was still in good shape but the bottom of the driver side bed (under the fuel door) was curved in, something a good body man could fix. all air hoses was cut, air bottles and compressors was taken.
some one left the passanger window down and the driver side window down so the white and gator leather seats was fucked up but the matching steering wheel looked to be in good shape as well as the sheet metal dash.

 

That's a heck of a find. Can't believe he noticed it and remembered it from the magazine

 

u can see in the pics through the bed, the frame is painted silver and ALL componets are blue.

SOME TLC AND THIS TRUCK COULD MAKE A COME BACK....
just not by me, i barely have funds for my baby

 

i drove by doing 75 and locked the breaks up lol and did a burnout/180 to turn around during traffic.......

 

I wonder if the builder knows its there
