The boats I ran had 671. 871 or 3208 cats.

This thing had 3 turbochargers 5' in diameter.

each of the detroits had 4 turbos and 2 roots type superchargers...but nobody could ever tell me what hp/tq they put out, just the kW but i dont remember what it was now

just googled it, 1800hp each but couldnt find the tq

i remember the turbines were 20500hp each

Sweet, check out the hp on the engine, at a whopping 104 rpm WOW.. My company takes care of the mooring systems on those ships

The route he's on now takes him to Dutch Harbor, Alaska, China, Korea (i think?) Los Angeles and Oakland, with only a few days in each stop. I think he said he's on board until April 2009.

When the hydro sytem, or the breaking systems are broke, or leaking or not op prop, we go in trouble shoot and repair them
