Depends on the quality of the stuff being used. MOST bigger line and or braided sleeves for radiator hoses look like **** imo and don't hold their braided shape well. One thing I hate more than anything on a nice engine bay is the use of that corrugated metal tubing for heater/radiator hoses.... that **** is terrible looking. To me a well fitting smooth black rubber hose w/nice looking clamps looks 10x better than either of the above.
All of my customers get metal tubing bent up for radiator hoses with billet covers over the clamps.
Black braided line and silver or silver/black fittings looks good on smaller stuff (fuel lines, rails, and trans lines.)

Slight thread jack-does the anodizing come off easily when using the wrenches built for aluminum fittings? My c10 needs some fuel system work..
