Stupid young punk rookie cops
So anyways we were all sittin on a bridge drinkin some cold beer and decided at about 11 we needed to go to the bar. So we take a couple trucks one was mine with me and two of my best buds(who were already fucked up). Get there and the place is shut down. Well i needed some gas so i went to the dyno shop to fill up. Got all gassed up and headed outa town get about 2 miles or more outa town in the 55mph zone(not yet doing 55 cuz we're just chillin) and see the bubble gum machine in the rear view. I say surely its not me so i get over and here he comes. He comes up...little ****** scrawny lookin little bastard who didn't even look or sound like he'd hit puberty yet. Do you know why i stopped you. I said well my tag light is out but i didn't figure you could see that goin down the road. He said i got you doin 55 in a 45. I said sir i wasn't even doin 55 when i seen you in my rear view. Well thats what i clocked you at. I need your liscence and insurance. Pissed me off and i feel i've been profiled because of my truck. To make a long story short, i'm not paying the $140 ticket. I will go to court because i know i wasn't speeding. Damn i'm pretty mad. I think i coulda reached and flicked the little piece of **** and knocked him over

do you guys think it would be better to pay it or go to court? he said it prolly wouldn't go on my record but i dunno. i got a ticket last year for 11-15 over and i guess it put 2 points on my record. he asked me i would be interested in taking a DI course to clear my record. I kinda wish i woulda said yes but i was mad and tired so i said no.

well if he does have you on radar youre pretty much screwed unless you have a witness...but if you go to court he might not show...well good luck with whatever you do....

damn man, i got pulled over yesterday for going 60 in a 45 i was on the phone with (Brads) when the copper lit me up lol. I got away with a warning but i made sure i presented myself in a respectful manner and made sure i shook his hand before i got back in the truck. Just remember, he is doing his job.
Cops are always treated with disrespect because people automatically assume they are getting a ticket when they get pulled over, I on the other hand show no grudges against them what so ever and speak to them like i want to be spoken to!
now this of course doesent work EVERYTIME but ive been fortunate that its worked the last three times ive been pulled over.

If you go to court you can still ask for Driving school. If you don't have a bad driving record then they'll probably drop it and let you take the course.
