I do a donut in the parking lot before I come in to get parts. It seems to work, they don't ask too many questions after I give them a part number.

EXACTLY!!! Not at all directed to the OP, but this is the problem I face constantly. I have parts from an f-body, vette and truck ranging from '99-'04 on my truck. Actually, nothing engine wise is related to the original '99 V6 truck.

Got a new one Today!!!
Guy comes in with a tapered Roller bearing (think differential bearing or Wheel bearing)
He wants to replace it with a Ball bearing............ and it still has a Tapered bearing on the opposite side of the housing.. And he cant for the life of himself figure out why we were advising him not to even try it.
