This is what I would suggest. It should be plenty strong enough for that weight.

for a stationary mount it should be ok with the 2 screws in one stud

if you are going to take the sheetrock down, add 2 2x12s horizontal where you need to mount it to and it will be there.

It's stationary with tilt feature (up and down). I do think the center stud is enough but I don't want to take chances.
I have 2 sheets of plywood left over from some roof repair so I may just cut off 2 3'x3" pieces and use those the same as the bars. Seems easier that way.
