well hello there PT
i haven't been around forever...and i'm sorry i missed yall at the last shoot out.
i've really been focusing on my personal life and health and, as result, the silverado has been on the back burner big time.
except for a very very few of you, the last time yall saw me i was this guy:
304 pounds and horribly out of shape. wearing 4xl shirts and 50w pants. i decided it was time to change. i started a low carb/high protien diet and start exercising.
18 months later...with being very strict on my diet...and busting *** on p90x...this is me now:
and a nice little progress pic i made....
that last pic is actually several months ago....my body fat has since dropped and i have gained more muscle since then...
