Most of the time when I drink I'm eating constantly throughout the period I'm drinking(I know I'm fat) and then I get the biggest cup of water and 4 of your choice of headache medicine and drink the big glass of water and pass out... May not completely solve it but def helps a ton.

it is very hard to come by, but Rockstar Recovery is the best. drink within half hour after waking up, you will be all good. or even try Vitamin Water Revive works too. one before and one after sleep........
