the dates do change but as far as I know only a few days back and forth.

 

Its supposed to be only if you were born in 2011 and up because they dont consider pluto a planet anymore WTF

 

It's 2009 and up. The zodiac comes from what constellation is under the sun at the time of your birth. Therefore, your zodiac can never change. Beginning in 2009, the Earth's rotation and tilt added a new constellation to the list to which you could be "born under" So unless you're less than 2 years old, you're still what you started as.
