the original ticket was for "unsafe speed, at or less than speed limit"

What was I really doing? I chirped my tires and pumped some exhaust into the window of a driver who thought she could run me off the road.

I dipshit backin up is bad enuff, a whole bunch in an emergency situation, now that's a disaster waitin to happen.

A Low Dime is right, I was waiting for a friend (just like the Rolling Stones song ) & while sittin in a retail parking lot, I watch this woman come out to her car. She was parked in 2nd spot from nearest stores. To her right was a SUV. Even tho she could see past it in her car, she backed outta her spot.

Now the stuipid part, she coulda pulled straight forward, since there weren't any other cars there. ****, u coulda pulled a semi forward, & still had room. Point being, she too the greater risk to back, rather than just pull away forward (a much safer way).

Real nice Bill, pickin on old ladies.
