anyways, im going to work out. I know im going too much all the sudden, last night, this morning and again tonight but Im motivated and I want to go do my legs and get some sweat going. Im just gonna have to make myself not do upper body, I enjoy it so much more that i dont even wanna bother with legs.

true. You know what. I know a guy who just beome a personal trainer, maybe ill give him a call and we can get a actual plan in place for my goals. I just kind of feel as though I can figure it out and do it on my own. dont really wanna pay someone to tell me what i already have figured out.

No matter what ANYONE tells you...Abs are made in the kitchen...
Its all what you eat! It took me years to figure that out. I would read those magazines that say do these excersize and you will get ripped! BS!'
Eat very very lean...and I mean like cut your sugars and carbs to practically nothing! And eat unsaturated fats when cooking...no butter use veg oil..etc...it all adds up.

not on bulk...he said he wanted a slim stomach...but being slim and bulking up is a catch 22...you have to get one without the other...
