Do you know what designates marked?

Every so often on the 60 around the 15 interchange I see several 100% unmarked black tahoes pulling over people. They don't even have plates on the front or back.

Couple weeks ago I saw a White ford full size van pull over someone behind me getting on the freeway in my city.

couldve checked the plates. around here in houston, or probably all of texas. some of the cars have exempt plates

I went to Norther Illinois University and their campus cops drove the prius. My one buddy had a gsxr and he would get pulled over by them all the time. lol
