O man, the stories are to funny. I don't how you guys do it. Here in the SF bay area (east about 25 miles), if we hit 32* at night, it's a major thing on the news "BE CAREFUL, IT'S GOING TO GET REAL COLD AROUND HERE". It was a balmy 60* and raining today, to muggy actually. Normal is about high's in the 50's and lows in the mid 30's for winters.

I'm coming down for 3-4 months or so to flip some houses with a buddy. I think I'm going to be staying with him, depending on how much him and his old lady still fight
