Default 1989 GMC 1500 2WD $1200 or best offer

1989 GMC Sierra SLE 1500 2WD, 5.7, 4 speed auto with overdrive, long bed, power windows, power locks, power steering, A/C.
134,655 miles
VIN 1GTDC1GK3KE539132
$1200 I HAVE NO INTEREST IN TRADES I NEED CASH NOT ANOTHER VEHICLE
PM me if you are interested in the vehicle.

Truck starts greats, has a new transmission replaced last year I don't have a receipt but was around $1000 installed and it shifts great. Has a brand new after cat Flowmaster exhaust installed 6 months ago. Brand new battery and I recently changed the trans fluid and oil. Brakes were replaced last year I have a receipt for this. Heat works fine and the A/C works OK. It has rust in a few areas but the bed is near perfect which is amazing since this truck has never been garage kept.
Issues the truck has:
-Tires are dry rotted from sitting so they need to be replaced, you can drive on them but I wouldn't recommend doing it for very long tires that are on it are 255/70-15 which isnt a very common size replacements would run around $400.
-The y-pipe has a exhaust leak where it meets up with the driverside exhaust manifold, ive been told the replacement y-pipe is $100.
-Oil pressure gauge cuts in and out, this is something that is common with these trucks, a new sending unit should solve the problem.
-It has no stereo the factory radio is installed but not hooked up, it does have a slot for an aftermarket radio but none is installed.
-It has a electrical problem that when the left turn signal is used the radio and HVAC control lights go on and off, the operate fine but the blink on and off with the turn signal.
-The head liner is missing, it was drooping so the previous owner removed it.
-Glove box hinge is broken it opens and closes but doesn't rotate down like it should.
-The hood and top of the cab are faded and showing surface rust.
-There is rust above the rear wheel wells and the paint is bubbling on the front wheel wells, also has a good amount of rust behind the passenger door pictured.
-Tailgate handle is locked up so I removed it, it locks and unlocks without the handle fine just doesn't look that great, a new handle can be purchased at the dealer for $30.
