Garrett, hate to see ya sell the truck man! I know you keep the damn thing spotless though. Goodluck with the future and don't sell your truck for $5k. I can't believe people actually have the audacity to offer around that mark in public. If you want to lowball him at least do it in a PM.

Sure, its a 2000. However, it is very well taken care of and has low miles for a 00. Plus a single cab 5.3 is hard to come by these days.

thanks alex....there's always lowballers, i remember that guy offered me 7k on my white rcsb and made a huge deal about how it was modded and not worth 12k....sold it a week later for 11k cash lol

I get an awful strong feeling you meant this towards me. I think I was more than respectful to you Ed. I even went as far as to say that your truck was probably worth your asking price to someone else. My budget is $5k for this project. It is a toy to me. That means that even if your truck is worth $8k to someone else, it's worth $5k to me and I told you that respectfully and made you an offer.

I realize that people's trucks have sentimental value, but don't get offended when I tell you my budget, and make you an offer that's definitely not out of line when comparing it to other trucks in the area.

I hope you get $6k for your truck. I really do. I hope you never have to lower your price to $5k because before I read this I probably would have met you in the middle at $5.5k, but out of principle I'd just assume pass on it.
