I think 13K is a little high only because of the year of the truck, and I don't think the warranty is still valid 8 years later either. Considering everything that it comes with I would stick with 13K for a little while though, I mean it's not far off. I basically had everything you have on yours plus a couple other things on my 2005 sierra and I ended up parting out most of the stuff and selling the truck stock.

The warranty is the GM extended powertrain warranty, and it does still have a little life left on it.
I might end up parting some of the stuff out; tailgate, roll pan, etc. I just feel like it won't be worth the extra cash because it wont sell for as much in the end anyways..

thanks man and ya i was considering putting in katzkin but didn't think throwing a grand on that would be worth it if im going to end up selling...

also NEW: Im smoothing and repainting the whole front bumper as well as the whole mirrors...
