2008 Silverado 4X4 Ext Cab TVS 1900 etc...
Very sorry to post this here but I need some help! I have a 2008 Silver ext cab 4x4 LT Z71 with the below options and added equipment... (pictures coming soon)
*5.3 V-8
*Leather interior
*TVS Magna 1900
*ARH Long tube headers with ARH high flow cats and Magna flow side exit
pipes
*AEM Wide band
*Auto meter Cobolt Boost gauge
*Auto meter 2 pod A-Piler paint to match interior
*3" Rough County lift
*Custom Barry White Billet 20" wheels
*Air horns with built in air compressor and tank
*Chrome Nerf Bars
*43,000 Miles
*ETC...
I am trying to decide if I want to sell this truck or not. I love this thing and it runs REALLY good but I now have a problem. I spent $1800 to a guy to build my trannmission just to find out the guy is now out of business for taking peoples money and not doing anything to trannmissions other then to make them shift harder to make it feel like he "upgraded" them! So now my tranny is starting to slip, not bad but it is. I live in a farming community and drive to Kansas City (about 150 miles away) about 4 times a week for work and I am thinking about maybe going the diesel route. This truck has never been to the track! I am running 6 PSI with a custom tune. Like I said I have not made up my mind if I want to sell it or not but I just want to know if anyone would be interested................$25,500

That sounds like a really nice truck and if I were in the market for another truck I would seriously consider it, but IMO I think you would be more happy to just invest in a stout transmission from FLT or Performabuilt and crank the boost up a bit more.

I love this truck! I would marry it if I could haha The interior and everything for that matter are spotless! I even have had towels on the floor to cover up the carpet it's whole life so it is like brand new. I take very very very well care of this truck!!

I thought about doing that but it is one of those deals where if someone buys it the way it is I will sell it, if not then I have no problem fixing it and keeping it.

The wires on the fire wall are out of there covering while I was running a power wire for my Wide Band and I have not cleaned them back up. Having things not perfect drives me crazy I am going to cleam them up tonight!

I have been looking into putting a new FLT tranny in this. If anyone is intersted I would fix it. Add the price of the trans I will pay to have it installed for free.
