5.3 swapped 68 c10 sleeper for sale/ 99 Ws6 possible trade
ok, didn't get many hits on this on LS1tech, so figured I'd try here. don't know why I haven't been over here more lol. anyways here's what I have:
unfortunately I am listing up my toy for sale. I am buying a house and need the money for a down payment. let me get this out in the open now, before you read any further. THE TRUCK IS DONE. don't try to talk me down because of how it looks. I built it to look this way and I like it. if you don't like it, look elsewhere. or I may finish the bodywork and paint it whatever color you want for an additional price. the truck has been built to be a sleeper and so far has done a very good job at it. There is alot more to it than it looks. It has had a frame off restoration and frame was sandblasted, etching primered and painted gloss black. all suspension came from a 72 and is 5 lug, disc brake front, 3.73 posi rear with eaton pro series carrier. transmission is a th400 with a TCI 3500 stall and large external cooler. engine is a 99 5.3 iron block LS motor. motor is 100% stock. custom made wiring harness and tuned PCM. it currently is setup for a 100hp wet shot of nitrous. it is setup for street/strip and has been a proven consistent combo at the track with minimal maintenance. the current setup is already good for mid 8's in the 1/8th on motor, with consistent 1.78 60' with stock suspension and 275 drag radials on 15x10 Convo pros and 15x4 for the front (have them, but not on the truck, need tires for them). has regular street tires on aluminum wheels on front now. it has been 7.90's on the nitrous with 1.6 60' pulling the left front tire. there is MUCH more in this setup. like I said it is on all stock parts now. a cam or heads would really wake this thing up. truck weighs ~3200 lbs with me in it (I'm 175) and it is all steel, with the exception of a US Body fiberglass front bumper (not on in pics, but can be seen in video). I built it to be a street cruiser, and it has all equipment to be legal and be well mannered on the street. have quite a few extra parts to include with sale. May look at trades plus cash, but mostly looking to sell. I will take less without nitrous and/or Convo's also.

I am also toying with the idea of trading my 99 Ws6 6 speed for a decently modded ls truck. it seems I am always needing a truck, and I have always been a truck guy. so if I could get one with the performance of (or close to) the car, I would be happy. needs to be daily driveable, as my car is. it has 110k on it, rebuilt 6 speed, new Nittos all around, longtubes and tune only and made 330 whp. here are pics of it
and from before wheels were plasti-dipped
I am in Lakeland, Fl right between Tampa and Orlando. if interested in either, or possibly a deal for both, PM me. will only give out my number to serious buyers. I work nights so I my schedule is kind of odd, and I can be hard to get ahold of sometimes. so please be patient if you don't hear anything back from me right away. Make me some offers!

thanks man. actually just started fabbing up the turbo setup for it. had everything, but was waiting to see if it sold first. I got bored today and started taking stuff off. its getting a 68mm garret large frame unit. price will go up as I complete the turbo build
