90 SS454 truck ls swap
$6,000 located in bettendorf iowa. 2.5 hrs west of chicago.
time for something new so up for sale is my 90 SS454 truck. has been a fantastic daily driver for me, getting around 17mpg in the city and a bit more on highway. this truck is extremely reliable and have never had a problem with it at all. wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere and have took it on a few road trips with out fail. truck is still my DD at the moment as its still nice out so mileage will go up.
all factory gauges work correctly including the C/E light as well. super fun DD that sounds great! truck has no rust on it and has never seen a winter except for this past year when it was used from february on. truck spent its whole life in alabama till we got it.

02 5.3 w/80-85k no leaks,no burning.
new160 stat
new YatesEFI dual pass rad w/ custom mounts for f-body fans
newer alt.
newer ngk tr55's
new belt
all new fresh coolant
3.5in intake w/ new k/n filter

TRANS
factory TH400 under 10k on most internals "had it freshened up"
mild shift kit

factory 9.5' 14 bolt 3.73 posi

SUSPENSION
nice flip kit and c notch in rear w/ newer bilstiens
beltech spindles
djm springs w/ new doestech shocks
WHEELS/TIRES
factory lt1 impala SS wheels 8 out 10
tires are in great shape w/ decent amount of tread
EXHAUST
stock manifolds
exhaust shop built 2.5in off raod y pipe into a 40 series flowmaster
sounds great and not loud.
INTERIOR
new pioneer DEH6300UB head unit
polk audio components
MTX amp
seats,headliner,carpet,door panels,dash ect ect ALL in great shape with very minimal wear on drivers seat and door panel.
BODY
paint SUCKS plain and simple, when previous owner had it he/she pissed someone off pretty good as its been keyed. ive done some touch ups on it but you can still see these marks. has dents and dings. still washes up nice and have waxed it a few times
lots of body modifications from moldings to mirrors.
NO RUST!
MISC.
newer rebestos rear brakes including drums
nice silver star bulbs in newer black housing head lights
new avital 4103 remote start/keyless entry
and im sure alot of other things im forgetting
overall this is a great truck and a solid plat form for a project.
truck has a few things that need some attention...
wipers work no problem but will stay on for a few seconds after they have turned off every now n then
may need and alignment, after i put the wheels on it pulls to the right a small amount. may just be the tires but not for sure. hasnt bugged me enough to do anything about it. but have not seen any abnormal tire wear.
needs some u joints but i will probably do them soon but just want to mention them.

i meantr western ahhaha if u still have this when i go to school over on the east ill deff grab from ya. very nice u should just keep it rare to see a good looking one as well as it being a good dd dayum i want this bring it to me ahhaha

i really like the truck and its a solid platform for something really cool. i constantly fight myself on a t6 set up on it amongst the 100 other things that i want to do to this truck, pretty much the reason its up forsale cause once winter hits and i still have it then dont think ill have the self discipline to not build this truck lol

ahhahaha i would but im currently in afgan ahhaha and get back at the end of next month. im looking for a dd for as soon as i get back i have one sitting wait to be driven my bro is picking and dropping off what ever vehicle i end up choosin.
