Well it Blue Books for $8000 in excellent condition. It does have high miles and it's modded. Springs will need to be replaced too. So $7000 a better offer? And can you get te dyno sheet?

While I cant disagree with you, the market will only pay him how much his truck is worth. He will either have to find a buyer who wants what he has done or will have to part it out then be able to sell it as a stock truck.

For as long as Ive been around modded trucks in general with very few exceptions sell for more than they blue book for. Mods arent worth anything to the resale value unless you find the right person that those mods hold value to.

Maybe he will find someone who wants his truck as it sits and it will save him a lot of heartache with demodding his truck. My buddy just sold his 03 loaded out avalanche with 115K on it for 10500 with a bunch of painted stuff and appearance mods, the truck only booked for a little under 9 but he found someone who wanted his truck as it was and that held value to them.

As per the normal rules, no beating the seller up on price, it will sell for what its worth period. If you want to post up an offer then great but dont turn his asking price into a pissing match please.
