Actually I have found quite a few in my area (around Houston) that are priced in my range with less than 100k miles. Maybe it depends on the area.

I've got my 06 I'd let go for around 12k it's a 2500 hd ext cab short bed, all stock in good condition and I am the 2nd owner. It does however have almost 200k on it but has been well maintained.
