???....I had already made a offer on the truck and he had accepted the offer. We where trying to iron out the details on when I could come pick the truck up. Then I receive a pm today saying that he had sold the truck out from under me....

My uncle decided he wanted the truck. This man has done more for me in my life than most anyone else. I would hope you're family is as important to you should you face such a situation. So, yet again, my apologies. It's not my practice to **** anyone off, especially someone who is going to potentially make a large purchase from me. As I told you in my PM, had it been anyone else, I promise you the outcome would have been different.
