For a more accurate comparison I would compare your truck to a cammed 6.0 swap regular cab Silverado as the comparison would be between engines that put out similar base hp/tq. I believe the Bore and stroke on a 6.0 is closer to the hemi 5.7 than the 5.3. The regular cab Silverados weigh about 250lbs less than you though so advantage goes to Silverado there. 250lbs is approx 2/10ths. So you'd be 12.9 if you shaved off 250lbs.

btw what was your mph? Around 101-2 mph?

but i had a slip from the same track when i ran a 13.3 at 91 so i dont know what ups
