06 security light - runs fine - how to turn light off?
I was messing with my tune the other day and changed the security type from pwm to serial for some reason. truck would crank but no start. reflashed with pwm setting, runs fine. now security light stays on?
Is there some way to reset this?
I can't do the normal security learn because it will start.
I get no security codes on the scanner?

Put everything back to stock and do an entire write, be sure to wait 30secs with the key off after the write.
Then perform the vats relearn, this usually works for me.
