Default 2002 Avalanche Electric Fan Conversion Not working HELP!

I have ran into a strange issue which on paper should work, I installed a dual fan setup from a 2006 silverado which fits like stock. I did run a new ecm pin to pin 42, wired a new relay and do not get any signal out of the ecm.

Has anyone figured out what needs to be done to get the signal from the ecm or if it even is possible for the 2002? I have H.P. Tuners and tried turning it on at 160, tried both fan options still with no luck.

Any help would be great!

Thanks

Be sure that the PCM pin is fully seated in the connector, it can be tricky...

have the fix, found out the pcm does not send a positive signal, simple relay rewire and should be good to go.
