2004 chevy silverado 1500 02 sensor ??
my son bought a 2004 chevy silverado 1500 4x4 with the 5.3 it had the engine light on and it had code po0306 misfire cylinder 6 and po0152 on live scan 02 b2 s1 (v) 1.050 STFT b2 s1 -35.0 and seem to be stuck so I ordered a new 02 sensor but I have a 1999 chevy parts truck and I tried the o2 sensor B2 S1 and the wire color and plug different so changed the plug the 1999 truck wire color red black white white and 02 tan purple brown brown the 2004 truck wire colors are tan purple pink green so i think 02 from 1999 wire should be tan tan purple purple pink to brown green to brown so it still seem misfire live scan 02 b2s1 0.975 STFT b2s1 -31.2 so that didn't work is that right for the wiring??

P0152 is a rich condition which could be caused by a stuck 02 sensor. P0152 02 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0306 is misfire which is specific to that cylinder either spark or fuel. OBD-II Trouble Code: P0306 Cylinder 6 Six Misfire Detected
While it is possible, Typically a bad 02 sensor will throw miss fire codes on that whole bank or a random misfire.
When it's specific to that one cylinder you need to look into that issue as well.
You could have a stuck injector pouring fuel into that cylinder causing the rich condition.

got a new 02 sensor but it was a universal with no plug (he cheaped out he is only 17) the colors that are on the new sensor are 2 white(H) black(S) grey(G) and the colors on the truck are pink tan green purple I phoned the place he got the sensor from and they said white to pink white to tan grey to green black to purple, the truck runs good but now po155 is coming in. I don't think that it is wired right??
