Default 2010 Suburban U0100 code and TPS code

Hey guys, since I tuned my Suburban using Blackbear, I've gone through two TPS at the throttle body in roughly 30k miles. Funny thing is I also have a code U0100 that will show up with the TPS code. I can clear it and it will be fine. I'm. It understanding what might be causing that code? Most days it runs fine.
I think I may have another issue and I know there was a TSB for it but I never took my Suburban in for it. I will be driving and at constant throttle input the Suburban will have a slight buck or what feels like a miss. Sometimes on accelerating it will be so sluggish it's not even funny. I adjusted the pedals to see if it was a bad connection there and it seemed to clear it up for a bit. It's very intermittent.
Any thoughts? Thinking I may need to change the pedal position sensor assy? I just put in the second TPS at the throttle body last week and it was good for a few days and now it's acting up again.
